Document Delivery is a sub service of Inter Library Loan that provides PDF files of book chapters and journal articles from library-owned items.
To request Document Dilivery you must first fill out an ILL Form by filling out your basic information such as your name, email address and Banner number. Then you will be directed to an second page of the form asking for the bibliographic information (name of the journal article, name of the journal, name of the author, page numbers, etc.) of the material you want. Also at the bottom of the form, choose "Document Delivery"
Please be as specific as you can when providing the bibliographic information of the material that you want to be delivered to you so we can find it faster and deliver the material to you in a timely manner. Once you submit the form, the materials you requested (for example a journal article) will be scanned and emailed to you in a PDF file. This process usually takes 1-2 days but may take longer depending on how many requests we are receiving.
