Only materials located on the 3rd floor can be checked out as well as the Best Sellers and New Books located on the 1st floor.
The other materials on the 1st floor primarly consist of reference books such as encyclopedias and dictionaries, as well as newspapers and recent magazines and microfilm/microfiche. Such material are intended to stay in the library at all times, so that they may be available at all times for all of our patrons. However photocopies can be made of these materials.
The materials on the 2nd floor consist of academic journals and are organized alphabetically by title. They are heavily used for study and research and must be available to all students at all times, however pages and articles can also be photocopied.
