To download an ebook (electronic book) from EBSCO you will need to:
- Install Adobe Digital Editions 1.7.1 or higher. (Free download)
- Create a free personal My EBSCOhost account by clicking on "sign in" from within EBSCO.
Keep in mind, the downloaded ebook will only be available for a "check-out period" of your choice, and will not remain available to you on your laptop or personal device permanently. If your "check-out period" expires, you may check the ebook out again at a later date.
This video tutorial will walk you through the process of setting up a personal My EBSCOhost account and downloading your ebook: http://support.ebsco.com/training/flash_videos/eBooks/ebooks_downloading/ebooks_downloading.html [4 minute video].
